To support National Apprenticeship Week we’re sharing one of our Apprentice’s stories:
Tegan joined HTL in 2015 as a Business Admin Apprentice within the HTL Accounts Department whilst she completed her Level 2 Business Administration Qualification at Northumbria House.
Through hard work and determination, after achieving her Business Administration Qualification in 2016 Tegan attained the position of Purchase Ledger Accounts Administrator at HTL Group.
“Through completing my apprenticeship with HTL, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience in accounts, but most importantly I have also developed practical business skills in an OEM manufacturing business environment. Over the last 2 years, my apprenticeship with HTL has opened doors to move into more complex roles and become a key contributor in a dynamic team within a Global OEM.”
